Why this workshop — and why now

There's a question I've been carrying since I was a young child: 

What is holding us back from building systems in service to Life, for the planet and all sentient beings?

One response rises to the surface 1st: A lack of human capacity.

Not a lack of knowledge. Not a lack of vision. Not a lack of people who care. A lack of capacity — in us, in how we relate, in how we show up under pressure, in the invisible operating system we were all born into and have been running on ever since.

This is why I created this workshop.

Threshold Crossing is an invitation to get honest about the conditioned patterns that shape most of our relating — the drama triangle that plays out in our families, our activism, between nations, and our own inner worlds — and to practice something different. To shift from reaction to presence. From separation to connection. From surviving the moment to being genuinely available to it.

This is not peripheral work. This is the work.  

If we want to regenerate the outer world, we have to be willing to disrupt the inner one first.

  • Navigating these times and building the new aligned ways of living requires disrupting the old system operating system -- Paradigm Shift happens with-in & with-out
  • Humans in a state of Autonomous, Embodied Coherance & Presence become the most powerful force on Earth
  • When in this state Collaborating, Activating, & Synergizing together potentiates personal, communal and global transformation
  • Developing Inner Spaciousness, Anchored Presence, and Greater Capacity is some of the most impactful work we can be doing at this moment
