This series of four group circles is ideal for parents seeking support, insight and resourcing for navigating the raising of high frequency children and young people in this time of shifting paradigms.
Parenting today’s young people is no small endeavor. For many of us it’s a daily rollercoaster calling us to radical self-care and deeper inner child raising alongside holding space for our kids.
In each session of this 4 part series I'll provide insight, guidance, and processing opportunities for your journey. We’ll consider key concepts for raising children to grow into who they've come here to be, clarify and clear old paradigm imprints and patterns constricting family dynamics and envision together all that’s possible for where we’re going. We’ll also give space for aligned resourcing on the nitty-gritty daily challenges coming up with your kids.

Hello, my name is Karen Murphy. I'm an energy integration practitioner, conscious parenting coach and soul alignment mentor.
I love supporting the evolution of inner alignment, personal re-parenting, and family transformation through my work with amazing parents raising the multi-domenstional kids these days!
Over the past 12 years I've studied directly with Patty Wipfler author of Listen, 5 Simple Tools to Meet your Everyday Parenting Challenges, Suzy Miller author of Awesomism, A New Way to Understand Autism, Mindful Schools Educator program and acquired various energy integration certifications including EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, The Emotion Code and Akashic Soul Realignment.
I'm here to support parents to raise today's children to be their truth, bring their light, and grow into the highest and best versions of themselves.
